Rental Increases

In 2017, the Landlord and Tenant Board has advised that the annual Rent Increase Guideline for 2018 will be 1.8%, meaning that this is the maximum percentage by which a landlord can increase the rent without first gaining approval from the Board.

Below is a history of the rental increases since 2000.
